Effluent treatment plant, sewage treatment plants, wastewater treatment plant and pollution control equipments - aerators, fixed type and floating type aerators, clarifiers, flocculators, clariflocculators, api type oil separators and many more.

1.     Flocculators

BASE: Fabricated.

MOTOR: HP, 4P, AC, 3ph, TEFC, 415V, 50 C/s., Class F, Electric Motors of SEIMENS / CROMPTON / KIRLOSKAR / NGEF / ABB. Fabricated and machined base frame. We are the only manufacturer in India to provide this feature.

GEARBOX: RADICON / ELECON make worm reduction gearbox.

IMPELLER: Four blades pitched paddle type impeller.

RPM: 5 to 15 RPM.

WETTED PARTS: MSRL / FRP / Lead Lined / SS etc Aerated Lagoons.

2. Centre Drive Clarifiers

Clarification/Sedimentation, the process to remove suspended solids, is economical and has become an essential part of effluent treatment plants and raw water treatment plants. Suspended solids removal upto 70% and settleable solids removal upto 90% to 98% and COD removal as high as up to 40% are achievable with proper design of the clarifier unit. The process is purely of gravity-separation.

3. Clariflocculators

Clariflocculators are generally used for chemical primary treatment for effluent. Instead of separate flocculation & clarification, clariflocculators are generally used. This results into economical and faster installation of primary treatment. Our Clariflocculators are having high torque centre drive with sludge arm lifting device. We are the only manufacturers to provide this feature as standard. Main feature of Clariflocculators, unlike other is, concentric paddle type flocculator mechanism which creates the flocs throughout the flocculation zone.

4.  Mechanised Bar Screen

Screen assembly consists of : Standard MS flat bars would be used and are supported at both ends. Motorized Rope lifting mechanism shall consists a steel wire rope, electric motor, gearbox, limit switches, inspection platform would be provided, all wetted parts are sand blasted, coal tar epoxy painted. Drive mechanism consists of electric motor, worm reduction gearbox, electric motor of CROMPTON or eq. make, Gearbox RADICON or eq. make.

5. Slow Speed Floating Type Aerator

Years of intensive Research & Development have accomplished the development of the 'Energy Efficient Aerator'. The result is a sturdy unit which combines high oxygenation efficiency (Oxygen Transfer Capacity ranging from 1.6 to 2.8 Kg per HP/Hour depending upon the size & atmospheric condition) with thorough mixing and propulsion of the influence to disperse the oxygen throughout the whole mass of the effluent zone and vigorous agitation to achieve the minimum ripple velocity to keep the solids in suspension. The entire design is amazingly so simple that it is very easy to install, to run AND to maintain. It can be mounted on R.C.C. platform or on fabricated steel platform or on pontoons.

6.  Sand Filter Activated Carbon Filter

Flakes of suspensions cohesion in water and inexpunqibility felt dolloid particles by depositing in water can be removed by filters in mechanical filter, making yielding water clarity.

7. Oil separators

Removal of floating oil from the effluent is very necessary. Traces of Slicks of Oil escaping to the bio reactor plays major role with B.O.D. or COD reduction. The desired B.O.D. or C.O.D. level may not be achieved if the oil traces are there in the effluent. We make top Oil Skimmers are specially designed to remove the separable oil viz. waste oils, vegetable oils, animal fats, froths, dairy waste scum fats etc. from the effluent. Thus the recovered oil can be used as raw material for other products to achieve savings. The Oil Skimmer tank is designed as per American Petroleum Institute Standard (API). Up till now we have installed such top Oil Skimmers in various industries like Sugar, Oil, Dyes, Automobiles, Chemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Dairies, Distilleries etc.
