ZSKSJ Biological Oxidation water treatment equipment Developed from the traditional activated sludge and the membrane bioreactor process, Biological oxidation plant has the advantages of the two methods and it is relatively much more perfect than other sewage treatment equipments at present. There are padding in the pool.The water body is in an aerobic environment by strengthening the aeration. Some of the aerobic microorganisms grow on the surface of the padding in the form of biofilm, while some suspend in the water in the shape of floccus, so as to degrade the pollutants which are hard to be degraded. This method has the advantage of making the operation and management easier, less power consumption, high water quality adaptability, a small amount of sludge produced, as well as stable and reliable effluent quality.
MBR is a new water treatment technology which combines both the membrane separation technology and biotechnology. Membrane separation equipment in system can effectively hold up the activated sludge and the biological macromolecules and organic substances in the biochemical pool, it does not need the sedimentation tank and the three stages of processing. Thus the concentration of Activated sludge greatly increased, and the subsistence which is hard to degrade is constantly degraded in the bioreactor. Therefore, MBR has greatly strengthened the function of the bioreactor through the membrane separation technology. Compared with the traditional biological treatments methods, MBR has a high biochemical rate, strong shock resistance load, stable effluent quality, small site area, long soil discharging, and easy to realize automatization.
