Ⅰ.To meet International Standard

1. The bottled water plant can meetthe standards of EPA816-F-03-16 (EPA National Drinking water Standards) from the United States Environmental Department and can meet the standard of drinking water from World Health Organization (WHO Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality)

2. To equip the appropriate pretreatment equipment or the mainframe equipment for reverse osmosis of second grade for the plant is needed in some cases having contamination.

First level of the pretreatment system

Use quartz multi-media filter. The main purpose is to remove the traces of sand, manganese, rust, colloidal substances, machinery impurities, and the particles in the suspension with more than 20 UM which are harmful to human body. Automatic filtration system uses imported fleck controller which can automatically do a series of operations like the backwashing and normal washing. At the same time, the equipment has the self-maintenance system, with low operating cost. The filter mainly includes: PPF, AC coconut carbon, and so on.

Second level of the pretreatment system

Use the activated carbon filter to remove the pigment, the odor, and a large number of the biochemical organic, to lower the values of the residual chlorine, the pollution of the pesticides, and other harmful pollutants in the water. Automatic filtration system uses the imported fleck controller which can automatically do a series of operations like backwash and normal washing and so on.

Third level of the pretreatment system

Use the cationic resin softer to soften the water, mainly to remove the water hardness. The water hardness is mainly formed by the calcium (Ca2 +) and magnesium (Mg2 +) ion. When the water with hardness runs through the resin layer, the Ca2 + and Mg2 + in the water will be attached to the resin, at the same time, the same amount of Na + ions will be released. In this way, the water running from the softer is the softened water without hardness. To effectively prevent fouling at the reverse osmosis membrane, the system can automatically do backwashing, normal washing, and the intelligent regeneration to extend the life.

Forth level of the pretreatment system

Use a précised equipment of 5-micron aperture to further purify the water, so that the turbidity and color of the water can be optimized. Ensure the requirements of the inlet water in the RO system.

The mainframe system of the bottled water plant for pure water

Use the reverse osmosis technology for desalination, where the pore size of the membrane is only 0.0001 micron, which can remove the dissolved solids, bacteria, and viruses and so on, with a desalination rate of over 99.6%. It can produce the clean water in accordance with national standards. The mainframe contains the security filters, high pressure pumps, and reverse osmosis membrane, where the security filters are the pretreatment system of fourth grade as above, the high pressure pump is one of the core equipments on the mainframe to provide the pressure for the reverse osmosis membrane elements to overcome resistance to osmotic pressure and pressure in operation, to meet the rated water quantity.

The ozone sterilization system

The bottled water plant can meet the standards of EPA816-F-03-16 (EPA National Drinking water Standards) from the United States Environmental Department and can meet the standard of drinking water from World Health Organization (WHO Guidelines for Drinking-water Quality)

.The Plant Characteristics

After booting, the equipment automatically starts washing for the membrane, and the rinse time is adjustable.

Low-voltage protection system will stop automatically when the water pressure is inadequate or there is no water to protect the safety of the high-pressure pumps and the equipment.

◆ When the pure water cisterns are full, the equipment can automatically stop.

◆ There is the cleaning equipment and maintenance systems, which can regularly clean and do the maintenance of equipment. In this way, it can extend the service life of the reverse osmosis membrane for 3-5 years.

◆ The plant uses the stainless steel truss structure, to realize a health dead ends. There is no corrosion on the equipment, so even if it has been used for 10-20 years, it is still as good as new.

 

◆ There are multi-regulating valves on a two-stage reverse osmosis equipment, to achieve the two-stage effluent, single-stage effluent, or effluent both single and two-stages at the same time, so that the water can be diversified.

◆ The reverse osmosis equipment can use together with the mineral water plant (mountain spring water equipment) to reduce investment cost and improve the utilization rate of the water resources.
